RETURNS: If the fabric was received damaged, please contact us at within 30 days of receipt. Make sure to include a photo of the damaged area, your name and order number. Our customer service team will respond to you with a solution. The order may be covered by the shipping insurance or we may be able to send you a replacement.

If you wish to return fabric received in good condition, please initiate a request by sending an email to We can only accept returns on undamaged and uncut fabric orders of 6 yards or more. 25% restocking fee and return shipping charges will apply. The return must be requested within 30 days of order receipt.

Fabrics purchased on sale, swatches, and international orders are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

If a returned fabric arrives in un-sellable condition, without an authorized exception, the refund will not be processed. If your fabric arrived on a roll or bolt, we ask that it be sent back to us rolled or folded on the same bolt or roll to avoid the product from becoming permanently creased or damaged, which may make it un-sellable. An example of such fabric would be vinyl, leather, laminate and oilcloth.

We offer samples whenever possible. Please keep in mind variations in monitor settings and that colors/textures may show differently on various devices.

The colors shown are as accurate as possible within the constraints of lighting, photography and the color accuracy of your screen.We are not responsible for pictures showing differently on your monitor. Fabric manufacturers produce many variations of the same fabrics. The size of the pattern, dye lots may vary. If there are any questions, please contact us before placing an order.  

CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel an order, please contact as soon as possible. If your order has already been sent to cutting room or an order for your fabric has been placed with our supplier, the cancellation may not be possible. On rare occasions there may be a delay in shipping fabric from the supplier. We will notify customers if there is a delay but we are unable to cancel orders for delays less than 4 weeks.


 RETURNS: All undamaged furniture and home decor items are assessed a 25% restocking fee. Return requests must be made within 10 days of merchandise receipt. 

Please request a return by sending an email to stating the reason for the return and referencing your order number. Please note that the shipment of a return is to be independently arranged and covered by the customer, with products received back in our store within 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date. We are only able to accept returned items that are in original packaging and unused condition. Products with any scratches, stains, damages, or modifications created by customer cannot be returned. Please note that shipping charges from the original order can't be refunded once these services have been provided by the carrier. We are only able to issue refunds via the original method used for payment on the order. If the original method of payment is no longer available, we can issue a store credit equal to the amount of the refund. Products purchased on sale can't be returned or refunded.  Do not accept any packaging that looks damaged and inspect items before you accept them. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can help you resolve this issue by oferring a replacement or repair.

If damage is not reported within 48 hours, the customer will be charged the cost of shipping the product back to our store. If you refuse a replacement or repair of the product and would like to return the item we will charge a 15% restocking fee plus shipping. This includes items that were sent with free shipping. Refunds will be issued within 30 days.

CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact our customer service by sending an email to Please include your order number and we will process the cancellation unless your order has already been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. 


RETURNS: Custom and hand dyed textiles can't be returned or exchanged. Please note dye lots vary in shade and if future orders are placed for the same color, variation in shade is very likely. Colors also vary from one merchandise to another. For example, 1/4" wide royal blue satin elastic may have a differet shade than 3/8" royal blue satin elastic. We also do not accept returns on trims, laces and elastics unless there is a defect. We may be able to issue a store credit depending on a situation. Requests for damaged or defective merchandise need to be received by us within 15 days of merchandise receipt. Please email us at and include any photos of the damage and your order number.

CANCELLATIONS: We process orders as soon as we receive them and will attempt to cancel your order unless it has been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment.

JEWELRY & ACCESSORIES: We guarantee your product will not be defective or broken when it arrives or it can be be replaced, returned or exchanged . You must contact us via email within 10 days of delivery of the item for return authorization. We can't take returns or exchanges if you ordered an incorrect size or the item is smaller/larger than you thought. It's important to read product description carefully, including measurements. We can only accept returns/exchanges for items that are damaged/defective when your receive your order. The returned merchandise must be unused, unaltered and in it's original packaging. The item(s) needs to be sent back to us within 15 days after receipt of the return authorization. Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. Items purchased on sale are can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrived defective or damaged.
